Sergey Milenky
Sergey over 30 years of professional experience, which includes 15 years at the World Bank and Big4 companies, leading roles in various governmental projects. He also worked for Marsh Mc Lennan, PHB, Cabinet of Ministers or Ukraine, Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and other reputed organizations.
Sergey is an executive advisor to a US-based boutique investment bank that focuses on energy and natural resources sectors. He specializes in the research and development of commercial opportunities for big industrial companies and financial institutions.
Dmitriy Milenky
Dmitriy has over 15 years of professional experience in consulting and 3 years in investment banking with a particular focus in the energy sector. During his career Dmitriy worked for such organizations as Deloitte, the World Bank, Alpiq, and Willis Insurance Brokers. His areas of expertise include operational and strategic consulting, business development, capital raising, M&A, and project management. Dmitriy has played leadership roles in a variety of projects including acquisitions and divestitures, fund raising, development of market entry strategies and further support in their implementation.
Alain Berger
Alain is the executive strategy director at Hill & Knowlton, where he heads the industry, energy and transport EU legislative and regulatory practices since 2015. Prior to this, he worked at Alstom as Délégué Général for Europe, establishing its Brussels office and handling high-level EU policy issues across various sectors. From 2003 to 2008, Alain was CEO of ALSTOM China, overseeing mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring activities. He also sat on the board of 18 JVs with Chinese partners. Earlier, he held roles in power generation and distribution projects in Latin America, the USA and the Middle East.
Szymon Duniec
Szymon has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, focusing on business development and electricity trading in various markets. He has held key leadership positions, including CEO of Atel Polska and managing director of Atel Lietuva (both at present Alpiq), where he expanded electricity trading in the Baltic, Scandinavian, and CIS countries. While serving as a CEO of Atel Polska Szymon had a full responsibility for the operation of the company, which became a main player on the polish energy market with a turnover reaching 2 bPLN. In addition, he brings extensive expertise in the radiation- and nuclear safety.
Shakeel Khan
Shakeel specializes in international trading and trade finance. He has 25 plus years of track record in commodity trading in bulk cargoes of grains, edible oil, iron ore, fertilizers, and coal. In particular, organized export/import shipments of rapeseed and sunflower oil with further sale to large multinational companies, exported feed wheat to large Canadian grain company. Shakeel also organized a JV between French and Indian companies for the establishment of a factory in India for manufacturing wire containers for Renault. Experienced in GAFTA and FOSFA terms of contracts and arbitration.
Christoph Lysy
Christoph has long lasting work experience (over 30 years) as finance manager of production plants and project manager: development and construction of office buildings and production plants in Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries for such companies as Raiffeisen Property Invest Vienna (real estate development) and Mayer-Melnhof Group (packaging industry).
He is also highly skilled in financial accounting and corporate controlling, including budgeting and preparation of the annual financial statements according to the local and international accounting standards.
Oles Shevchenko
Oles has over 25 years of experience in auditing, accounting & financial analysis, including 18 years in audit in Big4 companies and 8 years as an independent consultant. This includes 12 years of experience in leadership roles in Deloitte Audit, including 3 years in the capacity of the Professional Practice Director for Ukraine and Belarus and Audit Quality leader. Oles has extensive experience in planning, delivering and performing quality control of external audits engagements, including attestation of internal controls for clients across various sectors of economy, including state-owned companies.
Robert Ostrowski
Robert has experience at top positions in heavy industry (steel, mining, power plants, including conventional and nuclear), at biggest companies in Poland, including stock listed. He worked for private equity (ArcelorMittal, Mid Europa Partners, others) and for companies with State Treasure at CFO and CEO positions, having wide range of contacts with banks and administration. Recent professional achievements include restructuring of financial debt and arrangements of new financing (corporate and sustainable linked loan) worth 300-400 mUSD each, as well as implementation of ESG policy at JSW (coal mining; WSE listed).
